The Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) Scheme is funded by the NSW Government and administered by the Division of Energy, Water and Portfolio Strategy. The purpose of the EAPA Scheme is to help customers who are experiencing a financial crisis or emergency and need help to pay their home electricity and/or natural gas (energy) bills to avoid disconnection. The Sydney Water Payment Assistance Scheme (PAS) helps Sydney Water customers pay their water bill when they’re in financial crisis. Sydney Water customers experiencing financial difficulties who own and occupy their property and private tenants are eligible for PAS (social housing tenants are not eligible). PAS credit is not available for customers who own more than one property, but we have other support available. Social housing tenants should contact their housing provider.
Referrals for this service are available by appointment only on the first Wednesday of the month.

Referrals for this service are available by appointment only.
Ongoing therapeutic interventions and coordination of clinical services for those with severe and persistent mental illness that significantly impacts social, personal and work life. A Credentialed Mental Health Nurse will provide regular reviews, medication monitoring, physical healthcare information and liaison with carers and relevant mental health support services for free as required. A GP mental health treatment plan must be developed within one month of commencing the service.
