To Everyone in our Community
We want to acknowledge the tough times we are all going through during this Covid-19 pandemic and the current lockdown restrictions and our mental health can easily be impacted during these unfolding events.
As you may know Big Yellow Umbrella is supporting the Community through our hamper program as well as additional services if need be.
It is really important as individuals to be cautious about our own mental health and to not feel ashamed to reach out if things are getting too much.
